Wine Country

Today we are in Porto, Portugal home of Port. Tonight we leave for Bordeaux, France. I am tired and my brain is fuzzy for some reason. It will be a fun time on the four different trains it takes to get there. I am sorry that I havent posted in ages but pictures and stories to come I promise.

A brief overview of the past few weeks:

After Madrid we were supposed to hop on a night train to Lisbon, Portugal but due to a slight misjudgement on time we got to the platform that evening in time to see the taillights as our train left without us on it. We made a split second decision and hopped on the train one track over and made it to Barcelona the following morning. We were there four nights and had an incredible time. We both recommend visiting that town if you ever get the chance. From there we went North to San Sebastian, Spain and spent one night and one full day in that coastal town. It was gorgeous and we couldnt have asked for better weather considering it is November. Then we hopped our second night train and finally made it to Lisbon, Portugal. Four nights in Lisbon, including a day trip to a town called Sintra on Thanksgiving, and then we went North to Porto. So that is the jist of where I have been recently.
