Cupcakes Make Me Happy

My boss started our day today by sharing an oh-so-heavenly treat from The Cupcakery in Las Vegas. He is friends with one of the owners and she gave him 12 cups of sin that we decided to indulge in for breakfast. Thus far we have shared the "chocolate passion" and "bugsy" (pictured here) cupcakes. My personal favorite of the moment is the carrot cake inspired "bugsy." How they created that heavenly light cream cheese frosting I will never know...
